Tutara Peak has this week returned with his latest EP "Of the Nescient Mind" - an eagerly awaited body of work featuring an eclectic selection of tracks. The EP has been expressed as drawing on 'indie electronic, folk, and ambient influences' however is undoubtedly a cohesive piece due to his 'immaculate taste and stunning production details'.
Each track offers its own journey - "Float" incorporates synths with electric guitar whilst "Gold In Autumn" features guitar and synth riffs alongside 'vocal chop melodies'. "Orbit" also sees a vocal appearance from upcoming Australian talent Winifred whilst "Wind Atlas" is accompanied by the delicate vocals of Flaws.
"This project has been through many forms and changes for the better and I believe this is simply down to me being aware there are always ideas hidden within ideas. All the tracks started out in one form and gradually over time ideas started coming out of original ideas to form new ones. It was a very inspiring time working on this" - Tutara Peak
Born in the UK, Tutara Peak is the artistic creation of multi-instrumentalist, composer, and songwriter Harvey Carter. "Of the Nescient Mind" follows the release of his debut EP "Tansuri" in 2021. That year acted as a breakthrough for Carter and he has since garnered industry-wide acclaim.
