Mahalia decided to celebrate her 22nd birthday by releasing a 3-track EP titles 'Isolation Tapes'. The EP's closing track 'Too Nice' was co-written and co-produced by Maths Time Joy, longtime collaborator of Mahalia's.
NME says of the song:
"Peppy earworm, ‘Too Nice’, a catchy ‘00s R&B jam filled with percussive, Destiny’s Child infused beats and slinky acoustic guitar riffs."
